See your whole story on one line
Every event (surgeries, labs, medications, vaccinations, visits) placed from birth to today. Patterns you'd never catch across a decade of paperwork become obvious at a glance.
Your private AI medical advocate
A private medical concierge that knows your entire medical history: every surgery, every scan, every blood test you've ever had, even your DNA. It knows which medicines you shouldn't take, answers your questions any time, and when health advice finds you (a video, a study, a headline) it tells you how much to trust it and whether it matters for your body. It never tires from a day of patients, because it has only one: you.
How it works
Not a general-purpose chatbot. MyLifeGuardian runs on multiple frontier AI models trained on medicine — across primary care, functional medicine, gynecology, dentistry and every other specialty — reading your record the way a full team of doctors would.
The source of truth
Everything that has ever happened to your health lives on one line: surgeries, lab work, imaging, visits, medications, conditions, allergies, vaccinations, measurements, physical activity, life events, mental health. Once it's on your timeline, your advocate can see the whole picture, and so can you.
The promise
Your medical history is the most personal record you have. MyLifeGuardian is designed so that it stays yours, at every layer.
Request early accessYour records are never connected to anyone else's. Access is your account, and only yours.
We don't monetize, share, or advertise against your health data. Full stop.
Permanently delete everything, on your terms. And while your account is open your records stay readable and copyable — including for 30 days after a subscription lapses, when the account stays open in read-only mode, so you always have time to take what matters with you before it's erased.
The advocate reads your record and cites it. It won't diagnose or make up facts about your health.
Documents you upload are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, under a key unique to you, unreadable even if the storage were stolen.
MyLifeGuardian never gives medical advice.
It makes you a better‑informed patient.
DNA & genetics
Upload your 23andMe raw data and your genome joins your private record, read on the server, never in your browser. MyLifeGuardian screens it for clinically relevant variants and reads it alongside your own labs and medications, in plain language, for you.
Screening only. A raw-data file covers a limited set of known variants, so a clear result can't rule a condition out; always confirm anything meaningful with clinical-grade testing.
Request early accessThe Sentinel · your Library
A cardiologist on YouTube says statins are overprescribed. Sounds convincing; he's a real surgeon. Paste the link. The Sentinel watches the video, checks who's speaking and what they're selling, grades the claims against the evidence, and tells you whether any of it matters for your body, your meds, your labs. Every vetted source lands in your Library, where your advocate remembers it.
The Sentinel grades sources; it doesn't crown winners. "Expert opinion" isn't "wrong", and "contested" isn't "false". It's the context you deserve before you act on anything.
More than a summarizer: a guardian that reads the frontier of medicine on your behalf and tells you the handful of things that actually matter for your body.
Request early accessWhat it does
Every event (surgeries, labs, medications, vaccinations, visits) placed from birth to today. Patterns you'd never catch across a decade of paperwork become obvious at a glance.
Chat with an advocate that reads your record. "What was my cholesterol trend?" "When was my last tetanus shot?" "Summarize my heart history for a new doctor." It answers only from your data, and won't invent facts.
Drop in a lab PDF or a scan. MyLifeGuardian pulls out the values and dates and files it against the right event. Full-text search across everything you've ever added.
Paste a health video, paper, or article. The Sentinel grades how much to trust it, checks it against your record, and files it in your Library, where your advocate remembers it. See how it works.
Current medications, dose changes over time, and lab values like cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight, all trended over the years instead of buried in a folder. Import a smart-scale or lab CSV in one step.
A plain-language snapshot of where your health stands, plus a personalized checklist of screenings and follow-ups worth discussing, each one tied to the guideline it comes from, tuned to how proactive you want to be.
Every shot you've had and what's due next, checked against the adult schedule for your age and country. No more guessing when your last tetanus or booster actually was.
MyLifeGuardian curates the labs and checks worth bringing to your next appointment, gathered from your trends, screenings, and due vaccinations, into a list you can hand to your doctor or take straight to the lab.
In their words
I used to walk into every appointment trying to remember dates from memory. Now I open my timeline and my advocate has already summed up what changed since last visit. My doctor actually noticed the difference.
After moving states and switching doctors twice, my history was a mess of PDFs and portals I couldn't log into. MyLifeGuardian pulled it all into one place I finally understand. Asking “what are my cholesterol trends?” and getting a straight answer changed how I manage my health.
Helping my mother with her care meant drowning in referrals and lab sheets. Having one private timeline, and an advocate that explains what each result actually means, gave our whole family real peace of mind.
Questions
You can ask a general chatbot a medical question, but it starts from nothing. It doesn't know your surgeries, your last five years of labs, what you take every morning, or what your genes say, so the best it can do is answer for the average person — and you have to already know what to ask. MyLifeGuardian starts from your record: it reads every document you upload, works from several medically trained frontier models that check each other instead of one model answering alone, points to where in your own history an answer comes from, and remembers, so the next conversation doesn't begin from zero. And your record stays yours: never sold, never shared, and yours to delete at any time.
Yes. Each person gets an isolated space, your data is never sold or shared, and you can delete everything at any time. While your account is open your records stay readable, so you can always copy out anything you want to keep.
No, and that's deliberate. MyLifeGuardian never gives medical advice: it makes you a better-informed patient. It organizes and explains your own record, grades the health information around you, and prepares you for conversations with clinicians. It doesn't diagnose or replace your doctor.
Multiple frontier AI models trained on medicine, not a single general-purpose chatbot. They read your history from different angles, compare their reasoning, and cross-check important findings between them before anything reaches you. That medical training is deliberately multidisciplinary: not only primary care, but functional medicine, gynecology, dentistry, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, dermatology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, psychiatry, pharmacogenomics and the rest, because a body does not divide itself the way a hospital divides its departments. As newer frontier models arrive, MyLifeGuardian integrates them, so what you are using does not stand still.
They go into your private vault. Each file is read to pull out values and dates, then filed against the right event on your timeline so it's easy to find later.
Yes. Documents you upload are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, using a separate encryption key for every user. That key is itself protected by a server master key that is never stored alongside your data, so your files can't be read even if the storage were stolen. Files are also encrypted in transit over HTTPS. And if you delete your account, your personal key is destroyed, which permanently makes your documents unreadable, even in backups. Note the service itself decrypts documents when you ask it to work with them (for example, when the AI reads a lab report for you); this is server-side encryption, not end-to-end encryption.
You get 30 days to take your data with you. If your subscription isn't renewed, your account switches to read-only: you can still sign in and browse your whole timeline, documents, and history, but with no credits the AI features are paused. This grace period exists for one reason: to give you time to go through your record and copy out anything you want to keep. (There's no one-click export button today — you take what you need, at your own pace.) After 30 days, your account and all of its data are permanently deleted from our servers and sign-in stops working. Nothing is kept behind. You can also delete everything yourself at any time, before or during those 30 days.
Yes. Ask your advocate for a summary of any condition or time period, and bring it to your appointment.
Yes. As you use MyLifeGuardian, it gathers the labs and checks worth following up, drawn from your trends, screenings, and due vaccinations, into a curated list for your next visit. Bring it to your doctor, or take it straight to the lab.
Yes. Upload the raw data file you export from 23andMe and MyLifeGuardian screens it for clinically relevant variants, checks it against your own lab results and current medications, and lets your advocate answer questions about specific markers in the context of your history. It's a screening tool, not a diagnosis: a raw-data file only covers known variants, so confirm anything important with clinical-grade testing. Like everything else, your DNA is read privately, never sold or shared.
Yes: paste the link. The Sentinel reads the actual content (for YouTube it watches the video), researches the author's credentials and conflicts of interest, grades the claims against the evidence hierarchy, and checks whether any of it applies to your own record, from your medications and labs to your conditions and genetics. Every vetted source is saved to your Library, where your advocate can cite it later. It grades sources rather than declaring winners ("expert opinion" isn't "wrong"), so you get context, not a verdict to obey.
